There are some workers who obviously do both aspects. These days balloon workers should use either a hand pump, a battery operated or electric pump or a compressed air tank for blowing up balloons. Blowing up balloons any other way would be unsanitary. It is important that they have developed their skill to a level that will please many different ages and gender. The type of balloon that twisters work with does not work well with helium for two reasons. First, the designs are generally too heavy to float and the balloons designed for twisting are too porous for helium anyway. Balloons have always fascinated children and they make a great add on for any event.
