We obviously have openings in 2008, but starting in January the event dates will start to come in, so please don't delay and be disappointed. One issue that we should mention is the hitch is removable on this food stand. No need to worry about someone bumping into that heavy metal item. It also helps when space is at a premium. Another item is the whole trailer runs off of a battery so we don't have to plug in to power to operate.
