Nascar Racing Simulator Details
The Nascar Racing Simulator is available in 3/4 scale and the full sized version.
Full Sized Monte Carlo: The car weighs 2,800 lbs, and is 18 feet long by 7.5 feet wide. The venue needs to be large enough to accommodate the race car, the people waiting to drive the simulator, and the computer screens which gives spectators an outside view of the racing drivers screen. The simulator requires power, security, and a dry operating area.
3/4 scale Monte Carlo:The car weighs 1200 pounds, is 14 feet long, and 6 feet wide. All other details are the same for setup and operation.
Details required to complete the simulator events: * Contact name and number, plus driving directions for our operator. * A location close to the venue to park our vehicle and trailer (total length around 55'). * One hour each for the set up and tear down. * Minimum 80" horizontal clearance for all openings the car simulator must pass through. * Inside floors and freight elevators must support a minimum of 2,800 lbs. * Two dedicated minimum 20 amp AC circuits are needed for power on the full size simulator. A portable generator can be provided at an extra cost. The power source must be within 40' of the simulators.
Nascar Party - Racing Car Tracks
The Micro Reality Nascar Racing Simulator Track is available in a mini Race track version and the Superspeedway version.
Full Size Super Speedway Race Track:This track can be setup in an area 18 feet by 20 feet, up to the superspeedway of 18 feet by 32 feet.The track requires power, security, and a dry operating area.
Mini Race Track:This track requires an area 16 feet long, and 10 feet wide. All other details are the same for setup and operation.
Details required to complete the Race Track events: * Contact name and number, plus driving directions for our operator. * A location close to the venue to park our vehicle and trailer (total length around 55'). * Two hour setup for the Superspeedway and One hour for the mini Race Track. * Freight elevators must be available for upper level locations. * Inside floors and freight elevators must support a minimum of 1000 lbs. * Two dedicated minimum 15 amp AC circuits are needed for power. If a portable generator is required, this can be provided at extra cost.
Racing Party - Pit Stop Challenge
The Nascar Racing Simulator - Pit Stop Challenge requires a space of 10 feet by 10 feet.
Details required to complete the Pit Stop Challenge Racing Party: * Contact name and number, plus driving directions for our operator. * A location close to park our regular sized van. * One hour setup for the Pit Stop Challenge. * Freight elevators must be available for upper level sites. * One dedicated minimum 15 amp AC circuits is needed for power. If a portable generator is required, this can be provided at extra cost.
All Racing Party events require these items as well.
* Outside venues require flat ground and a customer supplied tent that offers protection from wind and rain and meets minimum space requirements. * More space may be needed to accommodate long lines. * The customer is responsible for security (to include overnight security), ticket sales, announcements and crowd control. * The attendant requires breaks, time to eat meals, and a hotel/motel for overnight stays. Our simulator operator will collect tickets and instruct racers/drivers. However they will not sell tickets and collect money for your event. * No barriers to traverse (e.g. steps, curbs, steep inclines, door posts and sharp corners).
